SOLUSI MENGATASI KELUHAN PELANGGAN

Salam sehat dan semangat pagi Para Mitra Sukses....

Just insight,  pernah mnemukan kasus ketika produk yang Anda tawarkan di bandingkan dengan produk pesaing? Menurut Pelanggan bahwa harga produk pesaing ternyata  lebih murah? 

Bagaimana cara meresponse apakah kita emosional menanggapinya atau pasrah saja atau mencari informasi seputar kelemahan produk kompetitor  sehingga bisa memberikan penjelasan dengan bijaksana tanpa menyinggung perasaan Pelanggan. 

Berikut contoh yang biasa saya lakukan yaitu mendengarkan keluhan Pelanggan, banyak bertanya seputar produk kompetitor pada Pelanggan secara langsung , mendapatkan informasi produk kompetitor sebanyak-banyaknya sehingga kita bisa memberikan penjelasan yang masuk akal mengapa produk kami mahal dengan tentu memberikan data sebagai faktor pendukung  seperti salah satu Mesin Pengolah Air " LEVELUX SD 501 " yang saya pasarkan, berikut  data produk pesaing, silahkan buka  gambar berikut :...

Banyak yang menjual produk yang sejenis dengan harga yang bervariasi dengan menawarkan harga jauh lebih murah.

Next gambar 2-4 : yang membedakan adalah tingkat ketebalan plat, maksudnya semakin tebal, semakin banyak jumlah plat dan semakin rapat pori-pori dari plat tersebut maka tentu hasil akan semakin baik..maklum.plat terbuat dari platinum kalo mau di jual harganya lebih mahal dari emas putih loh. 

Bayangkan gak kalo plat tIdak terbuat dari besi biasa, tembaga, aluminium, kuningan? Tentu akan mudah berkarat bila bereaski dengan air dalam jangka waktu terus menerus dan tentu itu tidak aman dan akan menimbulkan permasalahan kesehatan tersendiri.

Yang terakhir but not the last...Banyak orang melihat tampilan luar saja sudah merasa sudah tahu akan produk  dan mengatakan bahwa produk yang kami jual mahal, padahal hanya melihat tampilan luar saja, 
Kenyataan isinya belum tentu sama. Isi/otak tentu lebih penting daripada tampilan luar setujuuu...?? Coba liat gambar 5,6 berikut ini ya...

KANGEN WATER TEST LAB

Air sehat berenergi atau yang biasa di kenal sejak tahun 1975 di negara asalnya Jepang dengan sebutan " Kangen Water " yang memiliki karakteristik kadar pH basa, antioxidant tinggi dan ikatan molekul kecil.

WHAT IS OXYGEN GENERATOR?

What Is an Oxygen Concentrator?
An oxygen concentrator (also sometimes called “oxygen generator”) is a medical device used to deliver oxygen to those who require it. People may require it if they have a condition that causes or results in low levels of oxygen in their blood. These oxygen concentrators are normally obtained via prescription and therefore cannot be purchased over the counter. Oxygen concentrators are powered by plugging in to an electrical outlet or by battery. If the concentrator is powered by an electric battery, that battery will need to be charged by plugging into an outlet. Several parts make up a concentrator, including a compressor, sieve bed filter, and circuit boards.

An oxygen concentrator has a compressing element, but it should not be confused with compressed oxygen or an oxygen tank. Whereas a tank has a set amount of oxygen that it dispenses, a concentrator filters in air, compresses it, and delivers air continuously. The air supply will never run out. Instead of refilling compressed air, the concentrator just needs access to power.

How Does an Oxygen Concentrator Work?
An oxygen concentrator works much like a window air conditioning unit: it takes in air, modifies it and delivers it in a new form. An oxygen concentrator takes in air and purifies it for use by people requiring medical oxygen due to low oxygen levels in their blood.

It works by:

  • Taking in air from its surroundings
  • Compressing air, while the cooling mechanism keeps the concentrator from overheating
  • Removing nitrogen from the air via filter and sieve beds
  • Adjusting delivery settings with an electronic interface
  • Delivering the purified oxygen via a nasal cannula or mask
